Dr Tan will answer all your questions and make your visit to our clinic a most rewarding experience.

Dr Tan is friendly and jovial. He is also a very experienced LASIK surgeon in Singapore, being the first to perform this surgery in 1996. He has published articles in international books and journals on LASIK. He was also the first to perform myopic, hyperopic, Topography guided, Wavefront guided and Wavefront enhanced LASIK in Singapore.

Since 1996 he has averaged about 1000 cases of LASIK per year. His staff follow in his footsteps, they are friendly, approachable and very experienced. We provide thoroughness in both the explanation of the LASIK procedure and examination of your eye. All necessary tests are done - no cutting of corners; however this may take time and effort on your part.

Finally Dr Tan emphasizes safety. No stone is left unturned to ensure safety - no microkeratome blade is reused and in addition ALL LASER LASIK eliminates the chance of a 'faulty' blade. We are proud to say that we have only one mild infection in more than 11,500 cases and this was quickly treated and eliminated. This patient has perfect vision to date.

With two Lasers - one Excimer and one femtosecond Laser (IntraLase®) we have the ability to customise and treat with technology which only some centres in the world can provide. We provide a reassuring and pleasant experience for your LASIK surgery with experience, modern techniques, and quality service.
